Do you have a list of all the other neighborhoods? Do you know if they've changed significantly from the present? Because I could easily find a map and list of those that we could use for all kinds of things. Obviously there aren't any rad zones so far, but geographically things should stay the same, shouldn't they?
The map on OP would probably be the best starting point. My thought was to make a list of everything significant enough to be labeled on there, then add to that if anything comes up that's missing from it.
The other source for that sort of thing would be the setting information that was supposed to come out last Friday, but I haven't seen any announcement of its actual release yet.

Not sure how specialization works with streetwise, but either way that's no biggie.
Streetwise in general covers getting information from people (as opposed to from written/online sources, which falls under Investigation). It also covers finding good sources to buy from or sell to. (In Hellfrost, for example, selling loot is abstracted down to a Streetwise roll to determine how much you can get for it.) The Corporate specialization just means that he's best at doing so in a corporate environment, as opposed to government workers, criminals, or general people on the street.

About your motivations, maybe you can fit the search for Sarah and perhaps Catherine in there to make them more relevant? Both the motivations and your family members. We're supposed to get bennies each time we're involved in that stuff, and the search for your family seems like it's going to come up more often (and be better rooted) than your suspicion of zeeks, for example.
I definitely agree that some sort of family/niece-related Motivation would be appropriate, given the character backstory, but the zeeks one can easily come into play. There are plenty of people who make racist/sexist/etc. comments even when no member of the targeted group is present or in any way connected to the situation.
Interestingly enough, it's also well-rooted in canon. According to Zeeks Expanded, there are almost no Human 2.0 zeeks and the general assumption is that this is due to psionic ability coming from some of the "junk" DNA that's been removed from the 2.0 gene pool. As a result, 2.0s tend to react poorly to zeeks. Whether they treat psionic ability as a sign of inferiority by definition or are simply jealous, "we're better than you in every way, but you have an ability we can never have" tends to be a volatile combination. And then there are the few 2.0 zeeks, who tend to be some of the biggest assholes you'll ever meet...
Personally, I think I'd pick +wealth as the one to replace with something family-related. Being out for money just isn't a very interesting motivation in general, IMO, unless it's setting up a clear conflict with something else.

That's not abuse, it's roleplaying!

The skill points look right to me. Maybe Willard missed that you took a second Shooting specialization?
I post in English, but can read Swedish. When replying to me, either language works.
